Are all the prices in Canadian dollar?
Yes, all prices shown on AutoEQ.ca are in Canadian dollar.
How do I know the stock availability?
Most of the products we have listed are in stock and ready to ship, however, for any online business, the stock status could change every second. After you have made the order, you will receive an Order Status email within 24 hours. The Order Status email will indicate whether the requested product is in stock or out of stock.
What happens after I paid?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order status email within 24 hours. For in stock product, it will be shipped within these 24 hours and you will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking #.
What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
After your payment is confirmed, an order status email will be sent within 24 hours. If the requested product is out of stock, we will let you know when the product will come in stock again. It is totally your choice either to wait for the product, or to receive a full refund. We will ship out the product once the stock comes and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking # by then. If you opt to get a refund, we would gladly return the full payment back to you within 24 hours in the same method of your payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. It means you could pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal balance, and bank transfer via PayPal. Besides, we also accept cash if you choose local pickup. Simply contact us to schedule a pickup time and location.
Is it safe to buy products from your website?

How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need to register a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. You could still pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express through Paypal. Simply click "Proceed to checkout" in your shopping cart and then follow the instructions.
Do you charge tax?
Tax will be added when you checkout at AutoEQ.ca. We charge 13% HST in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland, 15% HST in Nova Scotia, 12% HST in British Columbia, and 5% GST on all other provinces.

I could not find a particular product for my vehicle; can I make a special order?
It is possible that we may carry more products than listed online. Please let us know your vehicle make, model, year and the particular product you are looking for, and we will try our best to fulfill your need.
Can I install the products on my own?
Our bars are very easy to install as there is no drilling required. Most bars only need bolt-on application, and all products come with installation instruction. It should be an easy job. However, if you do not have any knowledge or experience with working on your vehicle, we do recommend that you get the products installed professionally.
Do you provide installation service?
Yes, we provide installation service for local pickup customer. Installation costs $50 per product. Our professional mechanics will help you install perfectly. We are located in Markham, Toronto (GTA). Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Do your products come with warranty?
All U-Drive products do come with manufacture warranty from defects in material and workmanship as long as life time. The warranty terms are all stated in all products' description. Please refer to each specific product description for warranty terms.
All Clazzio seat cover are warranted against material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.
Shipping:
Where do you ship?
We ship to every location within Canada and United States. Product will be shipped out from warehouse in United States or in Canada. It is our discretion to choose where each product is going to ship out. It mainly depends on the distance of the destination, and the product quantity in the warehouse. So it is possible that your order comes from USA while you are located in Canada, and vice versa.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping and Handling fee is absolutely FREE at Auto EQ. There is no minimum order to be qualified. Even you spend $10, you still don't have to pay a penny for any shipping cost.
Which shipping company do you use?
We use UPS Standard for all U-Drive product. For all Clazzio seat cover, we use Canada Post XpressPost / USPS Priority Mail for all Canadian orders, and UPS Ground for USA orders. Anyhow you will receive tracking number once the product(s) have been shipped out.
Is there any UPS brokerage fee when my order came across the border?
No UPS brokerage fee will be charged upon delivery. We got you covered as we deal with UPS directly on all brokerage fee, customs duties and any other fees beforehand. You won't need to pay anything when you receive the product at your door.
How long will it take to deliver to my home?
We ship orders every business day. It takes 3-7 business days to arrive anywhere in North America.
Do you accept local pickup?
Yes, we do accept local pickup. Please note that cash is the only payment option for pickup. We are located in Markham, Toronto (GTA). Please contact us to schedule a pickup time and location.
